Yes. Both locations (Heusenstamm and Rüsselsheim) have car and truck parking directly in front of the house. Vans, Sprinters and small trucks can be parked without issue — use is free of charge.

Of course. Every booking comes with a proper invoice including 7% VAT, which you can submit to your employer as travel expenses. For companies with multiple tradespeople we are happy to issue consolidated invoices.

Rooms have laminate or carpet flooring and offer beds with linens, wardrobes, a fully equipped shared kitchen, separate WC with hot water, and a bathroom with shower or bathtub. Wi-Fi and TV are included. We offer single, double and multi-bed rooms as well as whole apartments (up to 6 people).

Yes, we especially welcome groups. We have capacity for up to 50 people at once — ideal for trade companies and assembly crews. Contact us directly and we will organise suitable room layouts and special rates for your group.

It depends on your site. Heusenstamm is ideal for projects east of Frankfurt (Offenbach, Hanau, Frankfurt trade fair, airport in 25 min). Rüsselsheim is perfect for projects in the west (airport in just 15 min, Mainz, Wiesbaden). Both locations offer identical amenities and pricing.
